Pulsed Laser Cleaner

The AMAX Pulse Laser Cleaning Machine (DH-200W and DH-300W) is engineered for precision cleaning applications where surface integrity of the base material is the absolute priority. Using precisely controlled laser pulses, the system removes fine contamination, oxidation, thin paint films, and surface deposits from metal components without mechanical contact, chemical exposure, or risk of dimensional damage to the underlying surface.

Pulse laser cleaning is the preferred method for injection mould and die casting tool cleaning, precision machined component surfaces, aerospace and defence component maintenance, electronic component cleaning, and any application where conventional cleaning methods — abrasive blasting, wire brushing, or chemical stripping — would risk damaging the surface finish, dimensional tolerances, or material properties of the component.

The compact, mobile cabinet design brings precision laser cleaning to the point of work in the maintenance bay, toolroom, or production floor — without the infrastructure of a fixed chemical cleaning installation. Cleaning waste is dry, solid particulate — collected by the extraction system and disposed of as standard industrial solid waste with no liquid effluent generated.
